LARRY'S 9-11-01 PHOTOS
See that red splotch on the photo? That's where I live. At 8:48 AM on September 11, I was toweling off after a shower when I heard an amazing CRASH. After initially thinking 'damn, something big blew up, but at least it wasn't the World Trade Center' (since I had heard the '93 bombing from the exact same place, and that one shook the walls, whereas this one didn't, at least not right away), I heard blood curdling screams from the street below and went downstairs to check things out. My fiance and I were evacutated for three weeks, but I returned to the neighborhood frequently during that time to survey the effect of the attack on the neighborhood in which I have lived for ten years.
